2/ BOOK AN ONSITE VISIT AND WE WILL COME AND INSPECT THE DAMAGE

Once you’ve booked an onsite visit from one of our professional upholstery experts, simply sit back and let us do the hard yards. We will call you a day before your scheduled visit to confirm, then our technician will contact you about half an hour before the scheduled appointment to let you know that we are on our way. Once your technician arrives, they can inspect the damage or deterioration of your furniture and discuss the best solution. We also have a range of material samples for upholstery recovers and are happy to address any of your queries about the products on offer. Normally, we will proceed with the work we have quoted and this can often be done promptly on site. Sometimes, however, parts or extra work is necessary and in these cases, we will take some measurements and arrange for our removalists to collect your furniture and take it to our workshop and back.
