We offer a wide range of materials and fabric designed to suit all manner of furnishings, and to ensure that we match you with the perfect solution, we have refined our service process to better meet your needs.
1/ EMAIL US OR TEXT US FOR A FREE, NO OBLIGATION UPHOLSTERY QUOTE
If you would like to explore some of your options, then why not contact us for a free, no obligation quote. We can often offer accurate quotes over email or text, to save you the hassle of coming all the way out to us. Simply send us some photos of the furniture or furnishing that you would like restored and let us know what your budget is. We will need at least one photo of the whole item of furniture and some measurements if it is possible for you to provide them. If you would like to know about large-scale commercial furniture options, then let us know and we can send out one of our expert technicians to assess your furniture and provide you with a quote that way. If our terms appeal to you, then we can book a visit at a suitable time. We will call you one day before your appointment and confirm an approximate time.
2/ WE CAN COME TO YOUR HOME OR PREMISES
Our technician will call you approximately half an hour before arrival and make sure that everything is ready to go. When we arrive, we can discuss some ideas and show you a selection of options from which you can choose. We can then take the necessary measurements from your furniture and conduct a brief external inspection. We can discuss the quote as well, and we invite you to present us with any queries you may have so that we can clarify any points of confusion. If you would prefer to skip this step, you can visit the showrooms of our suppliers and select a material with them and let us know the details of what you chose.
3/ PICK UP, REUPHOLSTERY RESTORATION AND DELIVERY OF YOUR FURNITURE
Following your inspection, we can book the pick up of your furniture and organise the 50% deposit to order your materials. On the day of pick up, our removalists will call you half an hour before arrival and also collect the 50% deposit, unless you have paid prior. The re upholstery restoration shouldn’t take more than 5-10 business days and when it is complete, we will return your furniture to your home or business and collect the final payment. We will organise a convenient time for the delivery of your furniture and our delivery specialists can receive the rest of your payment, unless it has already been paid.
